Odette is a curated creative network bringing together women shaping the future of the creative industries. Founded in 2022 in Bruton, Somerset by a group of friends, odette connects founders, artists, designers, writers and entrepreneurs who believe ideas grow through dialogue, collaboration and shared knowledge.

More than a networking group, Odette is an ecosystem designed to spark meaningful conversation, inspire new work and propel businesses forward. Originally founded by Leah Jorgensen, Jemma Hickman and Alice Workman, the network has since evolved, with Leah and Jemma now leading it into its next chapter. Odette’s culture is built on generosity, curiosity and respect, where members are encouraged to share ideas openly, support one another’s work and contribute meaningfully to the community. The strength of Odette lies in the quality of its conversations and the ambition of its members.
