Set within the natural beauty of 42 Acres, we begin with a walk through the grounds, setting intentions together and exploring a few questions in pairs before gathering around the fire for a wider conversation.

Chaired by Bethany Koby, Chief Vision Officer of Fam Studio, Business & Soul is an invitation to reflect on what it means to build organisations, careers, and lives of meaning during a time of profound transition.

Many of us are feeling the limits of the systems we have inherited: the pressure for endless growth, speed, and constant performance. At the same time, many founders are asking deeper questions. What if success is not simply about growth? What if business can become a practice of care, creativity, stewardship, and regeneration? And what if the challenges of our time are inviting us to lead differently?

Together, we will explore how to create organisations with soul, find meaning amidst uncertainty, and build lives and businesses that honour both ambition and humanity.

Alongside the collective conversation, a small number of invited guests will share their experiences and insights—stories of challenge, experimentation, and hope from the frontlines of building new ways of leading and working.

This is not a conversation about easy answers, but about the courage to question inherited assumptions, embrace uncertainty, and imagine new possibilities.
